In the third quarter of 2021, the performance of the top carpooling and ridesharing apps in Ukraine showed varying trends in downloads and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how each app fared during this period, based on Sensor Tower data.

Bolt: Request a Ride saw a relatively stable download trend with weekly downloads fluctuating between 52.8K and 64.5K. The highest number of downloads occurred in the week of September 13. In terms of active users, the app maintained a robust user base, peaking at about 445K in the week of August 30 before slightly declining to approximately 411K by the end of September.

Uklon: More Than a Taxi experienced a gradual decrease in weekly downloads, starting at 48.8K in late June and dropping to around 30.7K by the end of September. Active user numbers followed a similar downward trend, with a peak at 326K at the beginning of the quarter, falling to 268K by the end of September.

BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus displayed a peak in weekly downloads at 32.1K in the week of August 2, before declining to 15.9K by the end of September. The app's active users also saw a decrease from 333K in late June to 236K by the end of September.

inDrive. Save on city rides had a relatively stable download trend, with weekly downloads ranging from 8.4K to 12.3K. Active user numbers were steady, starting at 105K in late June and closing the quarter at approximately 106K.
